Karting Benidorm (in town, by the Benidorm Palace)

Karting Benidorm is on Avenida de la Comunitat Valenciana, the old N-332 road on the north side of town, next to the Benidorm Palace show venue (Visit Benidorm). It is the closest track to most hotels: about 2 km by road from the middle of Levante and about 3 km from Rincón de Loix.

The circuit is short and twisty: 422 metres with two right-hand and eight left-hand bends, an LED timing board, a briefing room and a bar with a terrace (Yumping listing). Visit Benidorm lists it as open every day from 10:30 to 20:00 (checked 20 Oct 2026).

Prices from the operator's website (checked 20 Oct 2026):

  • Adult kart, 8-minute session: €25 (from 15 years)
  • Junior kart, 8-minute session: €20 (children 7 and over, at least 1.30 m tall)
  • Two-seater, 8-minute session: €34 (adult driver 18+, child passenger 4+)
  • "Fast Race" (safety talk, 6-minute practice, 14-lap race, podium and medals for the top three): €45 adult kart, €40 junior kart
  • "Active Race" (as above plus a 6-minute timed qualifying session): €60 adult kart, €55 junior kart

The operator runs promotions through the year and says promotions are cash only. Bookings are by phone or WhatsApp (965 85 33 55; WhatsApp 640 290 988).

Getting there: a taxi from Levante is a short hop (on the daytime meter, roughly €5–7). By bus, the nearest stop on our map data is Av. Severo Ochoa 67 (Estanquet), about 800 m away, served by several Llorente Bus lines including 4, 10 and 12. See buses and trams for fares and passes.

Karting Finestrat (the big track near Terra Mítica)

Karting Finestrat is in the Finestrat hills behind Benidorm. The operator gives the address as Ptda. La Foia Ampla s/n, Finestrat, off A-7 exit 65A (Benidorm Poniente), about 2 km from Terra Mítica in the direction of La Marina shopping centre. The main track is 1,260 m long and 10 m wide, with climbs, drops and a big screen showing positions and lap times; there is also a smaller, slippier track designed for children. The site has a restaurant known for its barbecue, a chill-out area and a free children's play area with football and basketball pitches (operator website).

Prices published by the track on OnPole and repeated by the Benidorm booking agent Excursiones Benidorm (checked 20 Oct 2026):

Kart 10 min 20 min 30 min
Honda 200 (about 40 km/h) €30 €55 €60
Especial 270 (about 80 km/h) €35 €60 €70
Two-seater (biplaza) 270 €40 €70 €80
Honda/Finestrat 420 €45 €80 €90

The agent CostaTicket also lists infant karts at €20 a session and competition 390cc karts at €50, plus group packages for eight or more drivers from €40 to €83 a head (the dearer ones include a barbecue meal and a drink). OnPole lists the track as open every day, 10:00–20:00, all year (checked 20 Oct 2026).

Children: the GetYourGuide listing for the track says children 125–145 cm tall drive the small track (8-minute sessions on the €20 ticket), two-seaters take children from 1 m, and adults get 10 minutes on the big track. Excursiones Benidorm says children aged 4–5 can drive on the special track if they reach the pedals, and children from 7 need to be at least 1.45 m for the main track. Height limits differ between sources, so check when you book.

Getting there: there is no convenient town bus to the track. Most people book through an agent that includes free hotel pickup: Excursiones Benidorm (€10 deposit per person, taken off the price at the track, tickets at least a day ahead), CostaTicket (€10 deposit, pickup in a "disco limousine" when available, otherwise a minibus) and the GetYourGuide listing (free transport; you phone the track to arrange the pickup time). A taxi from Levante is about 10 km by road, so expect roughly €15–20 each way on the meter.

Karting La Vila (Villajoyosa, near La Cala)

Karting La Vila is at Partida Cala Saladar 5 in Villajoyosa, just south-west of La Cala de Finestrat. Yumping notes the circuit was formerly known as Karting La Cala. The adult track is 1,050 m long and 10 m wide with ten bends, and there is a separate children's circuit, so families don't have to wait for each other's sessions. There is a covered bar-terrace and a barbecue area (operator website). Open Monday to Sunday, 10:00–20:00 (operator, checked 20 Oct 2026).

Prices from the operator (one 10-minute session / two / three), checked 20 Oct 2026:

Groups of ten or more can have the track to themselves for a "Mini Prix", "Grand Prix" or "Super Prix" race with podium and medals, priced from €40 to €80 depending on kart (270cc or 390cc) and format. The operator says no licence or experience is needed, recommends closed shoes, and advises booking ahead at weekends and on bank holidays. If it rains, ring on the day.

Getting there: about 9 km by road from Levante (about 15 minutes). Llorente Bus line 54 (Villajoyosa–Hospital–Calas–Benidorm) stops at Ctra. N-332a (tanatorio), roughly 550 m from the track as the crow flies; on 15 Oct 2026 it ran about every 30 minutes. A taxi from Levante will be roughly €13–17 on the meter.

What about La Nucía, L'Alfàs and Gran Prix Karting?

We found no public go-kart track operating in La Nucía or L'Alfàs del Pi in 2026, and no current venue trading as "Gran Prix Karting". The three tracks above are the ones within a short taxi ride. The next nearest listed on OnPole are Karting Alacant and 932 Electric Indoor Karting, both around 30 km away near Alicante.

Which track should you choose?

  • Short of time, or staying in Levante or Rincón: Karting Benidorm. Short hop, short track, 8-minute sessions.
  • Want the longest, fastest track: Karting Finestrat (1,260 m), with karts up to 420cc and competition 390s through agents.
  • Family with mixed ages: Karting La Vila, because the separate kids' circuit runs alongside the adult track, or Karting Finestrat with its small track and free play area.
  • Stag or hen group: all three run private races; Finestrat and La Vila packages can include a barbecue. See our stag and hen guide.

Mini golf and bowling

Benidorm has three crazy-golf courses: the long-running Mini Golf on Avenida del Mediterráneo in Levante (18 holes, open daily 10:00–23:00 as listed), Minigolf The Bull on Avenida de Cuenca in Levante, and La Farola Crazy Golf on Avenida de Mont Benidorm in La Cala. All are outdoor, pay-on-the-door courses that suit children who can hold a putter. When it rains, Ozone Bowling on Avenida del Mediterráneo has ten lanes, with games from €6 per person (checked 20 Oct 2026).

Watch out for

  • Height beats age. Every track sets limits by height as well as age, and staff have the final say. Measure your children before you go.
  • Session length varies. Karting Benidorm sells 8-minute sessions; Finestrat and La Vila sell 10. Compare price per minute, not per session.
  • Agent pickups need notice. Excursiones Benidorm wants tickets bought at least one day ahead; the GetYourGuide Finestrat listing asks you to phone to fix the pickup time.
  • Cash for promos. Karting Benidorm's special offers are cash only.
  • Heat. These are open-air tracks. In July and August, go early or late in the day, take water and wear closed shoes.
  • Alcohol. Don't drink before you drive. The GetYourGuide La Vila listing bans alcohol and drugs, and staff can refuse anyone unfit to drive.

Questions people ask

Is there go-karting in Benidorm itself?
